OUR CLASSROOM BELIEFS

We worked together as a team to create our classroom beliefs.
We all signed the posters, which are now posted in our classroom.
We will work at being respectful, responsible and learners as we learn and grow together this year.

We will respect ourselves and each other by: helping others, listening to others when they are speaking, being kind to our classmates, speaking in french, keeping a positive attitude, arriving on time and ready to work.

We will: work hard and complete our assigned tasks, arrive on time with our supplies, take care of ourselves and our learning environment, keep our lockers and our binders organized, speak in french, take on different roles in the classroom, behave in a prudent (appropriate) manner.

To learn, we will: listen, work hard, follow and pay attention to the lessons, try our best,
make mistakes (and that's ok!), take notes and participate in class.

We also discussed the ways that Mme Careen can be a respectful and responsible Knight,
and how she will help us learn this year.
Here is what we came up with.

To be a respectful and responsible Knight, Mme Careen will: be kind and happy, create a variety of lessons and activities that are interesting and fun, assign a reasonable amount of work, help us improve, "forgive and forget," support us in our learning and always do her best.
To help us learn, she will: be a dynamic teacher, give us feedback, motivate us
and offer extra help when if (and when) we need it.

I believe in all of you,
Mme Careen :)
